Receptionist / Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for families, visitors, and vendors
• Answer and route phone calls and respond to emails professionally
• Schedule tours, meetings, and appointments
• Support enrollment, onboarding, and required documentation
• Maintain organized records and confidential files
• Assist with communication through Brightwheel or similar systems
• Support the Center Director with administrative and clerical tasks
• Maintain a welcoming, calm, and organized front office environment
Qualifications
• 19+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in an administrative, office, medical, or educational setting
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Professional phone etiquette and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, child-centered environment
Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience in childcare, education, healthcare, or nonprofit settings
• Familiarity with autism-focused or special needs environments
• CPR/First Aid, CNA, or BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Lead Teacher
Responsibilities
• Manage classroom structure and routines
• Create age-appropriate lesson plans
• Support sensory activities and individualized strategies
• Maintain communication with families
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment
• Support behavior plans as needed
Qualifications
• 19+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• 1+ year childcare or autism experience
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Assistant Teacher
Responsibilities
• Assist Lead Teacher with daily routines
• Support sensory activities and structured play
• Help maintain a safe and calm classroom
• Support individualized plans
• Build positive, nurturing relationships with children
Qualifications
• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Passion for children
• Patience and willingness to learn
• Experience with autism or childcare preferred, but not required
