Divine Freedom of Feeling Autism Daycare & Learning Center is committed to transparency regarding fees and payments. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds will be handled once services and payments are in effect.
Pre-Opening Notice
At this time, Divine Freedom of Feeling Autism Daycare & Learning Center is in the licensing and preparation phase and is not currently accepting tuition payments, deposits, or registration fees.
Accordingly, no refunds are applicable at this stage.
This policy is provided for informational purposes and will take effect once payments are collected.
General Refund Policy (Effective Upon Opening)
Once the center is licensed and operational, the following guidelines will apply unless otherwise stated in writing:
• Registration fees, enrollment fees, and deposits are non-refundable.
• Tuition payments are due as outlined in the parent agreement and are generally non-refundable, including for absences, holidays, or closures beyond our control.
• Refunds will not be issued for early withdrawal or termination unless required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Specific details regarding tuition, fees, and payment schedules will be provided in the Parent Handbook and enrollment documentation.
Exceptional Circumstances
Any refund requests outside of standard policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Divine Freedom of Feeling Autism Daycare & Learning Center and in accordance with applicable state regulations.
